Facility
- – Highly reliable redundant power supply systems and guaranteed backup are provided (24 / 365 faultless uninterrupted power supply even during scheduled inspections).
- – High earthquake resistance is ensured even against earthquakes with a seismic coefficient of 7.
- – @Tokyo Data Center acquires the best PML (Probable Maximum Loss) rank of five levels on the seismic risk assessment conducted by the worldwide risk management company "ABS Consulting EQE Japan Division."
Expandability
- @Tokyo's Chuo Center has a world-leading scale (with total floor area of 140,000 m2),which can provide sufficient expandability.
Network
- – A highly reliable, high-speed IP network is available.
- – JPIX and dix-ie distributed sites are installed in our Central Center for connection with the corporate backbones. These sites can also be directly connected to customers within the Data Center.
Locations
– @Tokyo's Data Centers are located in Tokyo's 23 wards permitting easy customer access.
Security
In addition to the 24-hour, 365-day building-wide security using both guards and security cameras, non-contact card readers and biometric identifiers are installed at all Center gates for entry and exit.

- - @Tokyo has obtained ISMS (Information Security Management System) certification for the Data Centers operation at the three Centers and the headquarters.

Server Room
Ceiling clearance, floor load, power and cooling densities are all integrated at high levels to facilitate efficient layout of customer equipment.
@Tokyo also helps customers design system layouts.
HVAC systems
@Tokyo deploys the HVAC facilities to safeguard the reliability of customer computer systems.
Ample clearance allocated to the front, rear, and above the server racks ensures effective air circulation and heat dissipation for customers' systems.

The effect of extinguishers on the servers and network equipment is minimized through the use of a fire suppression system that features a new gas.
